What is Reflexology?
Our extremities — especially the feet — are a micrograph of the entire body.
They contain 7,200 nerve endings connected to all major organs and systems like the respiratory, digestive, and muscular systems.
It’s amazing how a reflexologist can unlock energy flow and promote healing by applying pressure to specific reflex points — "like water flowing into the right channel.”

About Me
I have been a certified reflexologist since 2019, a graduate of the Center for Research and Reflexology (C.R.R.), where I had the honor of studying under Mrs. Efrosyni Stravelaki and Mr. Grigoris Mamagakis.
To me, reflexology is not just a technique, but a deep form of care for the human being on all levels – physical, emotional, and energetic. Every client who comes to me has a unique and special experience. With respect and complete confidentiality, each session is a therapeutic journey, aimed at providing relief and activating the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms.
Reflexology can be applied throughout life, maintaining good health and enhancing vital energy.

How it works
Reflexology is primarily applied to the feet using specific, gentle techniques with the therapist’s fingers.
Each session is personalized according to the client’s health needs and priorities.
It lasts one hour, and the relief is often noticeable from the very first session!
Stress is the #1 reason people turn to reflexology, as it is a root cause of dysfunction and declining health across many levels.
It acts as a natural, safe complement to any medical treatment.
